This 3 bedroom/1.5 bath house has just finished being completely remodeled and accommodated! This home is situated in one of the nicest areas in Hibbing, right across from the Hibbing High School. The area is known for its historic beauty and architecture in the homes and buildings. It is a wonderful neighborhood with little noise.

With a newly designed kitchen, the open area concept has a breakfast bar that comfortably seats 3 people, along with a dining room adjacent to the kitchen with a table that seats 4. The main floor has a half bath (toilet and sink) while the upstairs with all three fully furnished bedrooms has a full bathroom with tub. In the summer, you can enjoy the upstairs deck overlooking the backyard and historic homes, and in the winter, you can enjoy the brand new gas fireplace in the living room. The sun room is also a very cool feature that is cozy for those sunny days that you don't want to go outside, and is a great view of the Historic Hibbing High School.

I do provide garage space with this stay, it is great if you have bikes or kayaks and need a little storage. You will also be able to park a vehicle in there if need be. There is parking in the back through the alley with enough room to park a trailer or a couple vehicles. On street parking in the front is also available.
